You will collaborate with product, frontend, infra, data, and security to balance trade-offs, write clear specifications, and push for performance and security improvements in a global, remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Deep backend expertise in architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning.
• Ability to design or evolve modular backends and bounded contexts.
• Strong written communication and technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance.
• Define backend standards for style, testing, APIs and operations.
• Mentor associate and intermediate engineers and improve team delivery.
