Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building production systems in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in front-end and back-end development
• Experience with offline-capable web apps and PWAs
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning, work assignment, and dashboards
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for factory floor in constrained networks
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and operators to translate workflows into software requirements
• Write production-quality code with tests and participate in code reviews
• Design offline-first architectures using service workers, local storage, and background sync
• Create responsive, touch-optimized interfaces for tablets in harsh environments
• Architect data synchronization across edge devices and backend systems
• Deploy and operate systems in factory environments including edge compute and OT networks
• Leverage AI tooling in development workflows and contribute to engineering practices
• Join on-call rotation to support production factory systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure MES, data pipelines, and ERP integration
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction
