Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative to build full‑stack web apps powering daily planning, work assignment, and team‑lead dashboards on the factory floor.

You will design offline‑capable interfaces for network‑constrained environments, mentor engineers, and collaborate across MES, ERP, and factory systems to deliver reliable manufacturing software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Deep full-stack web development expertise (frontend + backend).
• Experience with offline-capable Web apps using service workers, IndexedDB, local storage, and PWAs.
• Ability to operate in high-availability, low-latency, or constrained environments.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning and dashboards.
• Develop offline-capable interfaces for factory floor use in constrained networks.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to translate workflows into software requirements.
• Write production-quality code with tests; participate in reviews and architecture discussions.
• Design offline-first architectures using service workers and local storage.
• Mentor junior engineers and set best practices for resilient manufacturing software.
