Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to build ArsenalOS deployment tools for maritime manufacturing. You will deliver offline-capable, mobile-friendly web apps for production planning and team dashboards, with edge compute and OT networking in mind.

You will mentor engineers, design offline-first architectures, and collaborate across MES/ERP integration, while participating in on-call rotations and code reviews. Must have 8+ years, React/Next.js/Node.js, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong full-stack expertise across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency with modern web architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, cloud/edge.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web apps for daily production planning and dashboards.
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for factory floor use.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to translate workflows into software.
• Write production-quality code with tests and reviews.
• Design offline-first architectures using service workers and local storage.
• Architect data synchronization between edge devices and backend systems.
• Deploy and operate systems in factory environments with edge compute.
