Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative. You will build full-stack web applications powering daily planning, work assignments, and team-lead dashboards on the factory floor.

Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for constrained networks and contribute to decisions on MES/ERP integrations. You will design and deploy resilient software, mentor juniors, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure production systems

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years building production systems
• Deep expertise in full-stack web development
• Fluency with modern architectures, APIs, distributed systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js
• Experience with offline-first PWAs, service workers, IndexedDB
• Ability to operate in high-availability environments
• Experience with enterprise-scale apps and integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Build full-stack web apps for daily production planning and dashboards
