Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative. You will build full-stack web applications for daily planning, work assignment, and team-lead dashboards on the factory floor, with offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for constrained networks.

Lead end-to-end software requirements in Maritime manufacturing contexts, shape MES/ERP integration, and design robust offline-first architectures across edge compute and OT networks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production software systems.
• Mastery of frontend and backend web development.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud/edge infra.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web stacks.
• Experience building offline-capable web apps using service workers and PWAs.
• Ability to operate under real-world constraints with high availability and low latency.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning, work assignment, and dashboards on the factory floor.
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for network-constrained environments.
• Translate production workflows into software requirements in collaboration with engineers and operators.
• Write production-ready code with tests and participate in reviews and architecture discussions.
• Design offline-first architectures using service workers, IndexedDB, and background sync.
• Architect data synchronization with edge devices and backend systems; ensure data integrity.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor systems in factory OT networks and edge clusters.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
