Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative. You will build full‑stack web apps to power daily planning, work assignment, and team‑lead dashboards on the factory floor, with offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces in constrained environments.

You will design and implement end-to-end software across MES/ERP contexts, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive architectural decisions while mentoring junior engineers. U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering building production systems.
• Strong fluency in full-stack web development (frontend + backend).
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and edge/cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js.
• Experience building offline-capable web apps (service workers, IndexedDB, PWAs).
• Ability to operate in high-availability/low-latency environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• U.S. Person status due to export-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning, work assignment, and dashboards.
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for factory floor use.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and IT to translate workflows into software.
• Write production-quality code with tests and code reviews.
• Design offline-first architectures with service workers and background sync.
• Ensure data synchronization across edge devices and backend systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate systems in factory OT networks.
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering best practices.
