Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative. You will build full-stack web apps enabling daily production planning, work assignment, and team-lead dashboards on the factory floor.

You’ll develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for network-constrained environments and own maritime manufacturing software requirements end to end, from MES integration to edge-compute deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role building production systems.
• Deep expertise in full-stack web development, frontend and backend.
• Strong fluency in modern architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, cloud/edge.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience building offline-capable web apps using service workers, IndexedDB, local storage, and PWA patterns.
• Experience with high-availability enterprise applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning and dashboards.
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for factory floor in constrained networks.
• Translate production workflows into software requirements.
• Write production-quality code with tests and participate in code reviews.
• Design offline-first architectures using service workers and local storage.
• Build responsive mobile interfaces for tablets and devices in harsh environments.
• Architect data synchronization between edge devices and backend systems.
• Deploy and operate systems in factory environments including edge compute.
• Collaborate with backend/data/factory teams to ensure MES/integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction.
