Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of our spacecraft modeling, simulation, and distributed ground control platform. You will own the full-stack roadmap across React/TypeScript and Elixir, align frontend and backend stacks with strategic objectives, and mentor a growing team of engineers.

You will partner with product, space operations, and astrodynamics to shape the product direction while driving reliability, velocity, and modernization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience leading large-scale full-stack architectures.
Proficiency in Elixir, OTP, React and TypeScript.
Strong experience with distributed systems and APIs (gRPC, REST, GraphQL).

Responsibilities

Define and drive the full-stack technical roadmap.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and operations.
Mentor engineers across frontend and backend disciplines.
Establish architectural patterns and ensure scalable delivery.
