Job summary

Rippling is seeking a full-stack product leader for the core Transition and Termination team in San Francisco. You will drive discovery, design, and execution of next-generation, customer-facing HR products, filling a crucial leadership gap with a product-focused mindset.

You will tackle complex global employment laws, app integrations, and modern workflows, partnering with Design, Sales, TAMs, Support, and HRIS teams to shape prototypes and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Rethink and scale existing products for massive enterprise customers.
• Build net-new, multi-modal workflows— including chat-driven, digest-based UIs— with AI support.
• Develop customer-facing products on top of a core temporality engine, enabling scenarios like mass changes and compensation reviews.
• Partner tightly with Design, Sales, TAMs, Support, Product, and HRIS Platform teams to iterate on prototypes and drive product direction.
• Establish a strict "definition of done" and automated quality guardrails to reduce regressions and support tickets.
