Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer for the Time Products team to build critical products enabling global workforce management. You will impact Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management across web, backend, and mobile surfaces.

You'll shape the technical roadmap, guide design and architecture, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, design, and other teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience with React/React Native/Python-Django.
• Strong CS fundamentals and design skills for scalable systems.
• Product-minded and capable of leading technical discussions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build & innovate by writing clean, scalable code and shaping technical roadmaps.
• Set engineering standards to maintain reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Lead architectural design of new features and collaborate across teams to solve problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of improvement and collaboration.
• Work with product managers and designers to turn feedback into quality engineering solutions.
