Job summary

Rippling in San Francisco seeks an autonomous, senior product leadership engineer to own discovery, design, and full-stack execution of next-generation HR products on the T&T team. You will lead with a product-focused mindset, shaping modern workflows that handle global employment laws and app integrations.

You will mentor teams, raise the quality bar, and partner across Design, Sales, TAMs, Support, and HRIS Platform to drive direction.

Qualifications

Extensive experience shipping complex, full-stack, customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

Rethink and scale existing products for massive enterprise customers, identifying gaps and proposing redesigns.
Build multi-modal workflows, including AI-driven, digest-based UIs for bulk transitions.
Develop customer-facing products on top of a core temporality engine with clear UX for concurrent changes.
Collaborate with Design, Sales, TAMs, Support, Product, and HRIS Platform teams to iterate on prototypes.
Establish a strict definition of done and automate quality guardrails to reduce regressions and support tickets.
