• You will build the systems that power every employee change at Rippling — promotions, transfers, terminations, and bulk restructures across companies with tens of thousands of employees.
• Own projects end‑to‑end — from designing a stackable changes engine that lets enterprises schedule overlapping transitions without data loss, to building the APIs for headless HRIS operations programmatically.
