Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Senior Engineer for the HR Product Engineering team in Seattle. You will develop backend and user-facing features across the stack, delivering scalable, compliant HR systems.

Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a culture of excellence in product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Python/Django or similar.
• Frontend experience with React or TypeScript.
• Experience shipping complex projects at scale.
• Strong CS and algorithm fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve both backend capabilities and user-facing features across the stack.
