Job summary

PKR is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to build features from the SDK on a player device through backend services and the portal. This senior IC role is remote within the Philadelphia–New York corridor with in‑person collaboration in Philadelphia and occasional international travel.

You will own features end-to-end, improve performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Product, QA, SRE, and Compliance across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Staff-level experience delivering complex features end-to-end.
• Backend with Java/Spring and REST/microservices.
• Frontend with TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular.
• SDK development for client apps (mobile/desktop/browser).
• Experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Cloud orchestration, containers, multi-region deployments.
• Security-minded engineering: TLS, tokens, attestation.
• Strong CI/CD practices and modern Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship end-to-end features across the stack.
• Own issues from report to verified fix across components.
• Contribute code to Java/Spring backend, Kotlin/Multiplatform SDK, and Angular Portal.
• Ensure parity across native and web implementations.
• Document architectural decisions and rationale; participate in reviews.
• Own production releases, on-call, incidents, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE, and Compliance to deliver reliable releases.
• Meet regulatory and evidence requirements for releases.
