• Option 1: 4 years’ software engineering experience.
• Option 2: 6 years’ software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native applications powering Walmart's transportation platform.
• Write production code and drive architectural decisions as a hands-on technical leader.
• Contribute across the full technology stack (about 60% backend, 40% frontend).
• Build distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and modern user experiences.
• Leverage AI-native and agentic development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality and security.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end solutions from architecture to deployment and observability.
