Topstep is seeking a Staff Front End Software Engineer to guide architecture and delivery for our trader experience. You will mentor engineers, define engineering patterns, and drive quality and performance at scale across teams.

You will own React/TypeScript systems, design scalable component libraries, and partner with product, design, and backend teams on GraphQL integrations and UI/UX standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on React development.
• 6+ years total in full-stack or frontend development.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript and modern web technologies.
• Experience with state management (Zustand, ContextAPI, or similar).
• Proven track record of building scalable frontend architectures.
• Eye for design and exceptional user experiences.

Responsabilités

• Architect intuitive, responsive trading interfaces with Product Managers and designers.
• Lead frontend development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Develop and maintain scalable React component libraries and design systems.
• Collaborate with backend team to design efficient GraphQL integrations.
• Drive performance optimization initiatives for trading latency.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
