Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and designers to architect intuitive, responsive trading interfaces
- Lead frontend development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team
- Develop and maintain scalable React component libraries and design systems
- Work closely with our backend team to design efficient GraphQL integrations
- Drive performance optimization initiatives because every millisecond counts in trading
- Champion best practices in frontend development and establish UI/UX standards
- Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Help shape the technical roadmap and future of how traders interact with financial markets
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands‑on React development experience
- 6+ years total in full‑stack or frontend development – we value the depth of experience you bring!
- Strong foundation in TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Experience with state management (Zustand,ContextAPI, or similar)
- Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable frontend architectures
- Eye for design and passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Natural collaborator who enjoys working with cross‑functional teams
- Leadership mindset – comfortable mentoring, reviewing code, and setting technical direction
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with frontend trends
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $180,000–$250,000
- Eligibility for performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents
