Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to lead architectural direction for the Angular-based frontend platforms (dispatch, school, vendor, maps). This onsite role at the Redwood Shores HQ involves directing a distributed Ukraine team while continuing to contribute code.

You will collaborate with Product and Backend teams and drive AI-powered tooling adoption. The ideal candidate combines senior frontend leadership with hands-on engineering, and enjoys shaping scalable

Qualifications

• Senior+ or Staff-level frontend engineering experience with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own front end architecture and patterns across Angular apps (state management, reactive UI).
• Lead Ukraine-based frontend team, unblock problems, raise craft, while writing production code.
• Collaborate with PMs and backend to turn direction into reliable frontend systems.
• Push AI tooling usage forward to speed up development.
• Mentor engineers on the Ukraine team and align HQ hours for overlap.
