Job summary

Zūm is hiring its HQ-based frontend lead to drive Angular architecture and hands-on delivery for enterprise portals. You’ll set direction, mentor the Ukraine team, and ship features while collaborating with Product and Engineering at HQ.

This role emphasizes technical leadership, data-dense web apps, and AI tooling adoption. You’ll own front end decisions for dispatch, school, vendor, and maps portals, aligning with design via Figma and bridging PMs with backend teams.

Qualifications

• Senior+ or Staff-level frontend engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Hands-on with Angular and able to contribute quickly in a live stack.
• Experience mentoring engineers, ideally across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend technical decisions and architecture across the Angular codebase.
• Lead the Ukraine-based frontend team technically while continuing to ship production code.
• Collaborate with PMs and backend engineers to deliver reliable frontend systems.
