Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to lead web platform architecture and ownership of product engineering. You will work on real-time data, dashboards, and AI-driven features in a mostly remote setting with occasional Houston visits.

You will drive front-end architecture decisions, contribute to design systems, and collaborate with product and design teams to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in web, front-end or product engineering.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design systems and UX.
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, real-time data or AI-powered products is a plus.
• Hands-on engineer with ownership mindset and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the web platform and influence product decisions.
• Build 0 → 1 products and features, then help scale them.
• Develop data-rich dashboards, customer-facing apps and internal tools.
• Shape front-end architecture, design systems and engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with product and design; turn ambiguity into shipped solutions.
