Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is partnering with an IoT startup to hire a Staff Product Engineer to own the web platform, shape the technical direction and drive product scale. You’ll lead frontend architecture, dashboards and internal tooling across customer-facing apps, with autonomy to make key technical decisions and ship end-to-end features.

8+ years in web engineering, strong React/Next.js/TypeScript, and a track record of taking products from 0 to scale.

• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and design systems.

They're looking for an experiencedProduct Engineer / Web Leadto take ownership of their web platform as the business enters its next stage of growth.

This isn't a role where you'll simply pick up tickets.

You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful technical decisions, build new products and features from the ground up, and help establish the foundations for how the platform scales.

You'll be working acrosscustomer-facing applications, internal tooling and data-rich dashboards, while influencing front-end architecture, design systems and the wider product experience.
