ComPsych seeks a Staff Frontend Engineer to shape how our frontend ecosystems evolve, focusing on architecture, platform design, and technical direction across teams. You’ll operate beyond coding, influencing Angular/TypeScript architectures and the shared design system to deliver scalable, accessible products.

You’ll work with engineering, product, and design to raise the bar on quality, performance, and security, while enabling teams with APIs and tooling.

Qualifications

• Deep frontend architecture expertise and ability to set technical direction across substantial Angular/React applications.
• Lead an Angular + TypeScript platform, transferring experience across frameworks and making platform decisions.
• Built frontend platforms that multiple teams depend on, with durable APIs and theming.
• Set quality, performance, security, privacy standards across teams and define testing gates.
• Reason about production systems beyond the browser, including APIs, observability, and deployment.
• Create technical leverage across teams; align engineers without relying on authority.
• Experience working AI-first at organizational scale with patterns and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Define frontend architecture strategy across products and platforms.
• Lead the design system as an engineering platform and guide its direction and adoption.
• Own frontend quality and production health as a design decision with measurable metrics.
• Create APIs, tooling, and guardrails to accelerate teams while maintaining standards.
• Define AI-native engineering practices and ensure human review of critical decisions.
• Elevate senior engineers into broader ownership and cross-functional alignment.
