Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is partnering with an IoT startup to hire a Staff Product Engineer to own the web platform, shape the technical direction and drive product scale. You’ll lead frontend architecture, dashboards and internal tooling across customer-facing apps, with autonomy to make key technical decisions and ship end-to-end features.

8+ years in web engineering, strong React/Next.js/TypeScript, and a track record of taking products from 0 to scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in web or product engineering.
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript experience.
• Track record of taking products from 0 → 1 → scale.
• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and design systems.
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, data-intensive or AI-powered products.
• Hands-on engineer who enjoys ownership and solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the web platform and shape the technical direction.
• Build new products and features from ground up and scale the platform.
• Influence frontend architecture, design systems and overall product experience.
