Job summary

ComPsych is modernizing its frontend stack to deliver new customer-facing web and mobile experiences with a unified design system and AI-powered capabilities. We seek a Senior Frontend Engineer who will own significant parts of the frontend foundation, focusing on domain architecture, technical direction, and production ownership rather than writing every line of code.

Ideal candidates bring deep TypeScript and substantial experience with Angular, React, and modern frontend tooling.

Qualifications

Deep TypeScript and modern frontend engineering experience with Angular, React, or similar.
Strong browser and web-platform fundamentals including semantic HTML/CSS and cross-browser behavior.
Experience designing reusable frontend systems with component APIs, theming, and backward compatibility.
Ability to design and own a frontend testing strategy across unit, component, and end-to-end levels.

Responsibilities

Own a frontend domain end to end including architecture, quality, and production behavior.
Set technical direction within the frontend platform and delegate build work to AI agents.
Lead debugging and incident responses, balancing performance and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and full-stack engineers to shape solutions early.
Define accessibility and testing standards and ensure safe evolution of the platform.
Mentor engineers and promote strong, repeatable engineering decisions.
