Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with FPGA hardware design for time-sensitive, high-performance applications.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements definition, part selection, schematic capture, layout guidance, and RTL architecture for a multi-Gbps PCBA.
• Design and validate high-speed digital interfaces and Power/EMC/thermal aspects.
• Define FPGA device selection and RTL architecture; develop RTL (VHDL/Verilog).
• Validation, bring-up, debugging across hardware/RTL boundaries; develop test fixtures.
