Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production technology in customer-facing roles.
• Strong programming and system design skills in Python and TypeScript/Java.
• Experience deploying and operating LLM- or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with telemetry/observability tooling and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery including discovery, scoping, design, rollout, and enablement for customer teams.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate problems into concrete technical solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
• Design and implement agentic workflows using the platform; ensure observability and security controls.
