Form Energy seeks a senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with R&D, manufacturing, field and commercial teams to identify leverage points and build software that solves their hardest problems. You will ship AI-enabled tools and maintain governed, production-grade applications end to end.

You will prototype with React/Next.js/TypeScript front ends, Python/FastAPI back ends, and PostgreSQL, while integrating Snowflake and Oracle ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong full-stack skills: modern web frameworks and robust back-end services.
• AI-enabled development experience; embedding AI/ML into apps.
• Ability to ship in fast, prototype-to-product style; own the outcome.

Responsibilities

• Embed with cross-functional teams to identify leverage points and build tools.
• Lead end-to-end software from data models to UI and deployment.
• Prototype AI-driven automation and ensure governance and reliability.
