You will drive verification of NVMe front-end features, build scalable validation frameworks, and mentor engineers across product lines. The role emphasizes AI-enabled validation approaches, data-driven insights, and collaboration with multi-functional teams to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in CS/EE or related field.
Expert-level Python for automated test frameworks.
Deep experience in validation methodologies and firmware/embedded systems.
Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering or automation.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead validation strategy and execution for NVMe front-end features across enterprise SSD products.
Architect and enhance scalable test frameworks to improve automation, coverage, and firmware quality.
Drive root-cause analysis of complex failures and establish effective debug methodologies and standard processes.
Define and advance validation infrastructure, including automation, CI/CD integration, regression systems, and reporting tools.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve testability, influence design decisions, and communicate technical risks.
