Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for Senior staff level roles.
• Expert Python and production automation framework experience.
• Experience applying ML to validation or testing problems.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmware verification strategies for NVMe front-end features across product lines.
• Architect scalable test frameworks and AI/ML-powered validation methods.
• Drive root-cause analysis and develop systematic debug methodologies.
• Own test infrastructure roadmap, CI/CD integration, and dashboards.
• Mentor engineers and present findings to leadership.
