• Oversee recruiting and hiring workflows across BambooHR and approved platforms
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, materials, and communication to ensure a welcoming experience
• Manage staff development rhythms: 30-day, 90-day, quarterly, and annual reviews; track completion and report to leadership
• Support leaders in executing consistent development practices across departments
• Maintain staff records and documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility
