Gateway Church is seeking a Team Success Lead to design and execute leadership development experiences that grow staff in spiritual formation, character, and skill from day one through leadership levels. Responsibilities

• Designs and leads leadership development programs, cohorts, and training pathways that grow staff at every level: Lead Self, Lead Others, Lead Leaders, and Lead the Organization
• Shapes onboarding experiences to welcome staff and align with Gateway’s culture and values
• Plans and leads Team Chapel and gatherings connecting, inspiring, and developing staff
• Builds competencies and indicators linking hiring, job descriptions, performance reviews, and growth plans
• Leads the performance review process and equips managers to give growth-focused feedback
• Develops manager tools and training, including 1:1 framework and coaching via values-based plans
• Designs and delivers pastoral and administrative training to strengthen staff skills
• Equips campus leaders and Serve Team through training and leadership nights
• Creates career pathways for ministry and business tracks with internal postings and growth plans
• Leads hiring training and assessments (CDAT) to understand staff wiring
• Listens to teams via pulse checks and interviews and translates insights into action
• Champions recognition, engagement, and team care including Rhythms of Rest
• Coordinates compliance training integrated into hiring and refresh cycles
• Creates engaging learning content including facilitator guides and eLearning
• Projects manages the team development roadmap with milestones and stakeholders
• Partners with HR and department leaders to translate needs into programs
• Manages learning platforms and tracks engagement and impact
• Networks with peers to bring best practices to Gateway Church
