Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and execution of all engineering scope for the program.
• Ensure engineering activities are on time and within budget across IPTs.
• Coordinate engineering resources to meet objectives and commitments.
• Interface with Program Manager and functional leaders as the primary engineering Liaison.
• Provide engineering inputs to program reviews and sector reports.
• Develop and defend engineering BOEs and estimates.
