Job summary

Cullerton Group seeks an experienced Staff Engineer – Torque Tool Strategy in Franklin, WI to lead the strategy, deployment, integration, and long-term support of torque tool systems across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading torque tool specifications, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment; deploying torque-monitored fastening systems; integrating torque systems with MES and ERP; developing programming, calibration, maintenance standards; and partnering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
Experience in high-volume, high-mix, or semi-automated manufacturing.
Strong manufacturing systems, project leadership, and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Lead torque tool specification, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment.
Implement torque-monitored fastening systems and controllers.
Integrate torque systems with MES and ERP platforms.
Develop programming, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing standards.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and IT/IoT teams.
