Job summary

Cullerton Group seeks an experienced Staff Engineer – Torque Tool Strategy in Franklin, WI to lead the strategy, deployment, integration, and long-term support of torque tool systems across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading torque tool specifications, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment; deploying torque-monitored fastening systems; integrating torque systems with MES and ERP; developing programming, calibration, maintenance standards; and partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix, or semi-automated manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing systems, project leadership, and continuous improvement experience.

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an experienced Staff Engineer – Torque Tool Strategy in Franklin, WI.

Compensation: up to $165K/year + annual bonus + stock contribution

Position Overview
