Actalent in Madison, AL is seeking a Torque Specialist to support production lines on tool related issues, perform torque audits, read blueprints with GD&T, and calibrate tooling. You will maintain torque databases, assist with pilot builds, and train operators while enforcing safety and sign-off procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Torque Specialist or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of computers and troubleshooting processes, products, and tool issues
• Capable of multitasking and good problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong people skills and teamwork to resolve issues

Responsibilities

• Support production lines on tool-related issues and daily torque audits
• Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T; establish and validate P-Sets
• Maintain torque database and audit routes for each model
• Assist with pilot builds and tool purchasing; train operators
