The role emphasizes leading technical solution design, governance, and collaboration with product owners and IT peers to implement and upgrade enterprise systems in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services or Banking regulations preferred
• Experience with governance patterns and architectural reviews
• Hands-on software development or implementation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning of technical solution design for projects
• Design and implement reliability principles and recovery procedures
• Develop and monitor application performance metrics for business partners
• Maintain technical documentation and IT policy compliance
• Collaborate with business partners, developers, and analysts to deliver effective business systems
• Support implementation and upgrade efforts and troubleshoot issues across IT teams
