Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Financial Systems Senior Analyst to administer and optimize its Oracle EPM Cloud platform, including EPBCS planning and Smart View reporting. You will work with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate combines finance, accounting, systems, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and modernize financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools.
• Hands-on with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS or PBCS, Essbase, Oracle Smart View, planning applications, financial metadata, and business rules.
• Experience using Oracle Smart View for reporting, data retrieval, ad hoc analysis, and data submission.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EPM Cloud applications including EPBCS planning and reporting.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Assist with testing Oracle EPM monthly updates, enhancements, patches, and configuration changes.
• Partner with Finance leadership and IT to support application security, access reviews, change management, and system governance.
