You will collaborate with a team to enhance Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Payroll, and HR platforms, ensuring robust performance for thousands of users.

The role requires strong problem-solving and detail orientation, with 3+ years in C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

In this full-time role, you'll spend your days designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, from engaging front-end experiences to robust back-end functionality. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of developers to enhance our Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Payroll, and HR platforms, troubleshoot and optimize systems used daily by hundreds of thousands of users, and work with internal stakeholders and external developers to ensure seamless integrations and exceptional performance.
