Qualifications

• 8–10 years of embedded firmware development in C with exposure to modern C++ or Rust.
• RTOS experience on 32-bit MCUs (Arm Cortex-M or RISCV) with scheduling and ISR design.
• Strong grasp of serial protocols I2C, SPI, UART and timing parameters.
• Hands-on debugging with JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and CI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Zephyr RTOS firmware for platform controller.
• Develop and review drivers, device trees, Kconfig, and APIs.
• Deploy lightweight ML inference on target for anomaly detection and fault analysis.
• Perform post-silicon bring-up: first-boot, clock/reset validation, RTL-vs-firmware triage.
• Debug via JTAG/SWD, ETM/ITM trace, protocol analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Extend CI: unit tests, Twister, hardware-in-the-loop regression, static analysis.
• Create design docs, bring-up guides, and release notes for customers.
