Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 12+ years of embedded software experience.
- Deep expertise in RTOS-based product development and Zephyr familiarity preferred.
- Proven track record leading architecture and platform enablement initiatives across multiple products.
- Experience contributing to open-source communities and upstream projects.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture and enablement strategy for Zephyr across Microchip product families.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment for Zephyr adoption.
- Engage with Zephyr Project and Linux Foundation communities and upstream contributions.
- Provide technical leadership for customer adoption and reference designs.
