Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 12+ years of related engineering experience.
- Experience leading a team in enterprise datacenter or defense environments.
- Hands-on with server, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud.
- Knowledge of earned value management and program management practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional cloud, datacenter, and infrastructure team.
- Manage Jira projects, lead scrums, sprint plans, and backlogs.
- Maintain breadth across the IT stack: compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and observability.
- Coordinate with Product Owner to groom the backlog, prioritize work, and align deliverables to milestones.
- Develop design artifacts, runbooks, and test plans; mentor staff.
