Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to ensure the integrity of complex weapon systems. You will apply extensive knowledge of EEE components, interpret drawings to create standards, and serve as the primary Quality Engineering liaison with manufacturing, suppliers, and programs.

You will own PMPCP compliance, maintain documentation, and lead corrective actions. The role requires a US citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and a BS in

Qualifications

• US citizen and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
• BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in electronics production, assembly, testing, and component-level failure analysis
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications to develop standards and test methods
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of EEE components to evaluate design, production, and field performance
• Create quality standards, work instructions, and test procedures from drawings/specs
• Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and programs to resolve issues
• Own compliance for EEE aspects of PMPCP and maintain traceability/audit readiness
• Diagnose and resolve process and component failures using formal methods
• Prepare technical reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans with LM documentation
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across cross-functional teams
