Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Precision Fires Component Assessment Group (CAG). You will deliver high-quality engineering support, drive compliance and risk-mitigation across the product life-cycle.

The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering degree, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. This role emphasizes Quality Management with PMP/DMSMS focus and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree at Bachelor level or higher.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality management.
• Ability to interpret drawings for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of electronic assemblies
• Knowledge of design, functionality, manufacturing, materials and processes used in EEE parts
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Proficient Skill level with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality engineering support to the Precision Fires CAG, driving compliance and risk-mitigation across the product life-cycle.
• Manage compliance with PMP plan requirements and drive DMSMS risk mitigation with cross-functional partners.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for PMP/DMSMS compliance.
• Conduct surveillance of conformance to Lockheed Martin requirements and MRB activities.
• Collect and analyze DMSMS data; provide risk-based recommendations to sustainment teams.
• Lead resolution of PMP-related non-conformances and ensure timely CAPA closure.
