Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree as required.
• FE exam completion or in-progress.
• Master's degree with related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Proficient in Office suite and CAD tools.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, 2D/3D rendering and analysis tools.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design from conceptual phase to design completion.
• Modify and review production drawings for diverse facilities.
• Design electrical components per project manager requirements.
• Apply knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and procedures.
• Research and compile data for project managers.
• Update drawings to reflect corrections in CAD software.
• Prepare information for client presentations, shop drawing reviews, and contract administration.
• Conduct field inspections, measurements, or calculations for clients.
• Fulfill all assigned duties and policy compliance.]
• Collaborate with project teams across power, process, pipeline, industrial, healthcare, airports, education, commercial, government and military facilities.
