Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering and 7 years civil engineering experience, consulting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Advanced CAD and design software skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil design from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Modify and review production drawings for diverse facilities.
• Apply advanced civil engineering concepts and codes.
• Lead project budgeting, cost estimates and proposals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Support field inspections, client presentations and contract administration.
