Job summary

State of Colorado's Colorado Mental Health Hospital at Pueblo (CMHHIP) seeks a Staff Education leader responsible for designing and delivering mandatory training and new employee orientation across the campus. You will oversee curriculum development, track compliance, and coordinate with accrediting bodies to meet JC, CMS, CDPHE standards.

The role requires managing instructors, maintaining the Cornerstone LMS, and partnering with Quality Management to drive QAPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Nine (9) years of relevant experience in training with at least four years of supervisory experience.
• Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in training with at least four years of supervisory experience equal to nine (9) years.

Responsibilities

• Develops curriculum to satisfy mandatory training requirements for CMHHIP staff.
• Directs implementation of interdepartmental educational initiatives and aligns with executive leadership's master plan.
• Oversees compliance with external regulatory agencies (JC, CMS, CDPHE) and implements Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) strategies.
