Render is seeking a DX Engineer to own technical content from concept to sample apps, docs, and videos. You’ll collaborate with DevRel, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering to influence how developers discover and adopt Render.

This remote US role offers opportunities to shape tutorials and templates for AI-driven workloads, with cross-functional collaboration and impact across the developer experience.

Formación

• 8+ years building developer content, or working as an engineer who teaches, at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Experience setting technical direction and raising the bar for a team.
• Full-stack engineering experience with backend (Node.js/TypeScript), Python, Postgres, Docker, and frontend skills to ship sample apps end-to-end.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI agents and the workloads they run, including agents calling tools, sandboxes, and long-running tasks with retries and state.
• Experience with the agent stack: MCP servers, agent frameworks, LLM APIs, evals, and durable workflow or background job systems.
• Fluency with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and delivering high-quality developer content.
• Excellent technical writing and a track record of owning projects end-to-end.
• Strong intuition for developer tools and well-crafted user experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Build tutorials, demo apps, and videos that show developers how to build real things on Render, focusing on AI applications and Render's runtime products.
• Own render-examples GitHub org and ensure all shipped content deploys and runs.
• Develop agent skills, automation, and internal tools to reduce repetitive content and ops work.
• Improve how Render appears in LLM and answer-engine results and ship fixes as needed.
• Alpha test new releases end to end and document failures for Product/Engineering action.
• Contribute code to developer-facing surfaces like the Render CLI, MCP server, SDKs, and docs.
• Shape the content roadmap and quality bar with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, iterating on feedback and metrics.
• Set technical direction for DX Engineering's content and tooling and elevate team standards.
