Senior Content Engineer - Build AI Content Systems (Remote)

Showcify, Inc.; San Francisco (CA); Híbrido; USD 150.000 - 190.000; Jornada completa

Descripción de la vacante

Render is seeking a Senior Content Engineer to own the strategy and system behind content used by AI assistants and coding agents. You will identify gaps in Render’s content catalog, prioritize what to ship, and run the content factory built on Render Workflows that drafts, fact-checks, and publishes technical content.

You will work closely with the Head of Developer Experience, the DX team, and external content partners to ensure accuracy, speed, and coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Own Render’s content gap analysis using AEO benchmarks, citation tracking, and AI agent traffic data to identify missing, wrong, or under-cited content.
• Turn analysis into a prioritized backlog across articles, guides, and docs with clear rationale for what ships first.
• Build and improve Render’s content factory: AI-assisted pipelines that research, draft, fact-check, and publish technical content; test changes with evals.
• Own the review loop to speed up expert review, reduce cost, and maintain high factual accuracy at higher volume.
• Run the refresh cycle for existing content so pages stay accurate as the product evolves.
• Manage day-to-day work with external content partners: briefs, feedback, quality, and output.
• Partner with docs owners to expand docs coverage where it drives citations.
• Define and report metrics showing content impact on Render’s visibility and signups.
