Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in DFT roles.
• Experience in taping out and bringing designs up.
• General knowledge of digital and AMS circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Define DFT strategy and methodologies.
• Implement DFT features in RTL for various blocks.
• Collaborate with Analog/Mixed Signal teams for coverage.

Skills

Proficient in modern DFT/DFx techniques

Verilog simulation

TCL/shell scripting

Ability to work collaboratively

Knowledge of IEEE standards

Education

BS EE or equivalent
